Client: Arłamów Hotel – a very prestigious and exclusive hotel, located in Jamna Górna in the municipality of Ustrzyki Dolne. It is the only hotel in Poland with its own airport and heliport.

ESCAPECITY TEAM ASSIGNMENT:
A few weeks ago, we received an inquiry for the socializing meeting of employees of a reputable hotel Arłamów. We were asked to entertain the team of employees, and so we aimed at the highest level of service we can provide. In addition, it was important that the participants could get to know the beauty and history of the city of Krakow.
Having already defined requirements, we decided to pay most attention to such aspects as:
- integration of employees in the form of fun with a pinch of competition
- admiring Krakow, go off the beaten track and getting to know the history of this beautiful city
- adjusting the riddles and plot to completely absorb and encourage participants
HISTORICAL CITY GAME – HOW TO GET TO KNOW KRAKOW WHILE HAVING FUN WITH YOUR CO-WORKERS?
LOGISTICS:
Knowing that our client is used to providing the best service and expects the highest level of entertainment, we couldn’t let anyone down. We decided to spice up our game with additional essential elements along the way and a special prize at the end. In addition, we wanted to make people who occupy high positions in the company on a daily basis feel like part of the team and strengthen the bonds between all participants.
SCENARIO AND PUZZLES:
The game we chose to please the meeting participants was Cracow Legends Extra. Why extra? The game was enriched with additional elements like actors involved along the way. The riddles that we used for this game introduced the history of Krakow as well as the legends themselves, which have been circulating for centuries, being passed down from generation to generation. The whole plot also included some Slavic elements, which only added to this unforgettable entertainment.

The long-awaited day of realization has finally arrived. Everyone tried their best to make sure that everything was set and done. After a brief introduction of the game rules, we equipped the participants with necessary equipment and everyone got down to solving the puzzles
Along the route, the players, in addition to the traditional puzzles, were also tasked with solving riddles provided by actors. At the Chopin’s fountain, Rusalka was impatiently waiting for them, ready to hand over the mysterious treasure to our codebreakers. In the heart of Krakow, i.e. at the Wawel Castle, our players were on the lookout for the Dragon Whisperer, who gave them everything needed to perform the riddle “How to train a dragon?”.
In addition, this was not the end of the attractions, because a runic chest, containing a surprise prize, was waiting for our players at the very end. Of course, as it happens in competitions, for those who arrived first this prize was the best.
DID THE HISTORICAL CITY GAME WIN THE HEARTS OF OUR PLAYERS AND PROVIDE AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE? – RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:
Our daredevils gradually began to arrive from the mission they set out on, fighting for every second to achieve the best possible result. Each group was so involved in the gameplay that, without realizing it, they had in a way traveled into the world of legends. The competition reached its highest level, as even the directors and CEOs themselves went on the run to solve all the puzzles in the shortest possible time..
There could only be one winning team, and this title belongs to the codebreakers from the “Crazy Lynx” group. However, despite being only one first place, everyone had a great time and deserved huge congratulations.
In conclusion, this game abounded in dynamism and commitment. The goal of integrating the employees outside their workspace was achieved. Everything went according to plan, and each player was fully satisfied.
Thus, we can count another corporate integration as successful and confirm that we are specialists in having and providing fun!
