Have you missed our case studies? We knew it! But don’t worry, we’re coming to the rescue! This time, we’re bringing to the table a corporate event in the form of a mobile escape room for one of Krakow’s companies, which took place overnight between January 31st and February 1st, 2020, in no ordinary location – a music club in Krakow. Almost 200 people participated in the fun, so once again we provided entertainment for a huge number of people! 😀
How did it start?
It started with a phone call and a conversation with our reliable Ela. Then, Ms. Justyna, the organizer of all this ‘commotion,’ crossed the threshold of Gamescape. The main theme turned out to be the well-known Alice in Wonderland. We created a mobile escape room in the form of chests with a slightly psychedelic, dreamlike atmosphere. Negotiations were intense, and ideas flowed like cards from a seasoned magician’s sleeve from the organizer and our Gamescape bosses, so we ultimately managed to combine both visions into one. This is how the mobile escape room dedicated to a corporate event in Krakow was born.
Mobile Escape Room – Visual Sphere
As you already know, the party was taken over by the atmosphere of Alice in Wonderland, so there was even a huge Cat’s head and the Rabbit, in all his rabbit glory. The guests also fit the theme, as did our moderator Pola, who decided to resemble the Queen of Hearts with her makeup, as portrayed by the absolutely brilliant Helena Bonham Carter. How did it turn out? One of the participants openly admitted that the heart on her lips made an impression. The goal was thus achieved!
The entire team’s involvement
Almost every member of the Gamescape team participated in the preparations. One team devised puzzles, while another transported all the equipment to the event location and arranged it there. Our handyman oversaw the technical matters. Plus, excellent service and communication to ensure peace of mind. That’s what we call full mobilization and professionalism! 😀
Mobile escape room – The charm of memories
Our moderator, who was on site for several hours, was very impressed. She was positively surprised not only by the venue’s decor but also by the enormous interest from participants, who flocked to the VIP room, temporarily renamed the Mystery Room. Pola had no moment of respite, as she was either letting a group in and waiting on standby to assist players, or diligently preparing the game for the next interested parties. But that was the point! Not only did everyone have a great time, but it was also an opportunity to meet several escape room enthusiasts and invite them to Kościuszki 74. P.S. We’re waiting for you!
What else pleased Pola was the venue staff – friendly, helpful, kind, and ready for a laugh. Whether it was the bartenders whose station was opposite the Mystery Room, or the security guards who weren’t intimidated by a huge wooden crate loaded to the brim. You also created a great atmosphere!
