Our Story

From an escape room to a city-scale game

The evolution was natural – from brick-and-mortar rooms and mobile modules to technologically advanced city games.

2015
The Beginning of Gamescape
On November 10th, we opened our doors. Just a month later, we introduced Kraków’s first electronics-based room (no padlocks!), followed shortly by full theatrical set design.
Expansion
We grew stronger. We opened Małopolska’s first escape room dedicated to children and one of the largest puzzle rooms in Kraków.

2018
The Birth of EscapeCity and AR Technology
A breakthrough moment. We took to the streets under the EscapeCity brand. We were the first in Poland to combine escape room mechanics with iPads, GPS, and Augmented Reality (AR).
New HQ and Mobility
We moved to a spacious venue near the Vistula Boulevards (300 m²). That same year, we launched our first mobile escape room with electronics that travels directly to the client.

2020
Missions in the Virtual World
Responding to global changes, we created online games. The “Gallery of Dreams” for NCK and virtual corporate Christmas parties became hits, bringing remote teams together.
Fast and Cunning
We aren’t slowing down. We launched Poland’s first city game on electric scooters and new fantasy scenarios (“8 Portals”, “Dragon’s Curse”).

Our work was recognized by experts. We won the ODYS award for the best tourism service quality in Małopolska and the Polish Innovation Award.
