Hey, hey, we’re back with another case study! This time the city game dedicated to the automotive company comes into focus. And this is not just anyone, because we’re talking about a well-known Toyota! Surprised? ?

The theme of the game was: “Operation Secret Agents along the trail of interesting places related to motorization”. Does this sound beautiful? It impresses us! Same as the number of participants. Because here we are a group of almost 80 people! Yes, they all played at the same time. ? Although, naturally, they were divided into teams. And for 10 teams!

Our adventurers therefore set off on a specially prepared trail that covered the areas of Salwatoru and the surrounding area. They took off from the picturesque Rodła Boulevard and indulged in a two-hour fun. Although the fastest team made an hour and forty minutes in a dizzying time, thus reaching the finish line of the folklore restaurant. Wemust also pay honors to the group that scored the highest number of points, and there were a lot of them, as many as 33,000!

And how did it work from backstage? The preparations themselves took a week – we had to be sure that every iPad would be charged and ready to work. ? In addition, negotiations with our super-agent Laura Hunt were underway, who finally devoted her precious time and went through a 30 km route to choose the best! She must be applauded for that. In solving puzzles, our client reached out to us and gave us a lot of freedom in creating them. However, her knowledge of the automotive industry was very useful to us. Not just to create puzzles. ? To sum up, another adventure with organizing games for companies is behind us. It was a lot of delicious fun, and the participants will definitely remember this game for a long time!
