1. HOW TO BOOK A VISIT FOR A LARGE GROUP?

2. IS IT POSSIBLE FOR YOU TO PREPARE A VAT INVOICE?
Surely! All you need to do is submit it in advance and enter all the necessary company details to prepare the invoice. We are on the 8% VAT and in the title of the invoice we usually write “an escape room integration service”.
3. WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PLAYERS IN THE GAME?
There is no number we couldn’t cross! Disclaimer: in case of a group consisting of over 500 people we will need more time to organize and take care of every detail of the event so please, contact us earlier in such case.
4. HOW MUCH TIME DOES THE GAME TAKE?
The game lasts as long as you need it to. Your main goals will be to do all the tasks and in the end pass the secret route. It usually takes about 2-3 hours.
5. HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT GAME?
The game should be chosen according to which area of Kraków you want to visit most eagerly and on what factors of the team integration you mostly depend on. In this case, we also encourage you to consult it with Ela.
6. MAY FOREIGNERS ALSO PARTICIPATE IN THE GAME?
Language is not an obstacle! By default, we use Polish and English. On special order it is possible to carry out our flagship games in German, Spanish, French and Hebrew.
7. CAN YOU CUSTOMIZE PUZZLES SPECIFICALLY FOR A GIVEN COMPANY?
Of course. We love such challenges and communicate important company values and informations about new products using the game. Details can be determined by telephone and e-mail ?
8. HOW DOES THE GAMEPLAY LOOK LIKE?
After receiving the iPads and entering the details of your team, you will set off into the city. It will not be an ordinary walk around Krakow! Every now and then you will come across puzzles, which solutions you will enter on the iPad and … you will receive more of them! Thanks to the augmented reality, you will be able to see something that others will not see. You will receive tasks, photographs, riddles and a map in an electronic form. And the rest is up to you. ? At the end of the fun, there will be an announcement of results and return of iPads to the EscapeCity agent.
9. IS IT POSSIBLE TO ORGANIZE THE GAME IN A DIFFERENT CITY?
If you do not mean a city in New Zealand, we do not see obstacles. Call or write, let us know where to visit you and find out if we can meet your expectations. You will receive a feedback quickly.
10. HOW TO PREPARE FOR THE MISSION?
Above all, you should focus on success! Going on a journey with a smile on your face will give you a few points right from the start, and a positive attitude will stimulate the brain to act! The second important thing is comfortable shoes. You would not want any puzzle to be interrupted by a wiping or oppressive shoe ☹
11. WHAT HAPPENDS IF WE GET LOST?
We have conducted field tests especially for you, which showed that 100% of participants come back to us! iPads have a built-in geolocation function, which means that at any moment we can see where you are and whether you have strayed from the route or not. In addition, the maps that show the road are updated to the latest versions, furthermore they are very detailed, so even if you would get lost, you will still be able to find your way back ?
12. IS THE GAME CANCELLED DUE TO RAIN?
We cannot imagine that rain could prevent secret agents in the mission! If you do not want to get wet, we will move the game to a later hour if it is possible. However, we hope that it will not stop you and such obstacles will only add motivation to action!
13. IS THE GAME ORGANIZED ONLY IN SUMMER SEASON?
If you are eager for winter games, we do not see any obstacles! Visiting Krakow takes place at any time of the year, secret missions the same! EscapeCity Games can be played in facilities such as a hotel, concert hall or theater.
14. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Unfortunately, we do not have a specific price list. It all depends on the final amount of players, modifications to the riddles and the place where your mission will be organized. What we can reveal to you is that you pay 50% of the order value at least one month before the event or integration date. The remaining amount is payable on the day of the event by card or in cash or by transfer up to 7 days after the invoice issued.
15. ARE THERE ANY CONTRAINDICATIONS WHEN PARTICIPATING IN THIS TYPE OF ENTERTAINMENT?
In our opinion, such obstacles do not exist. To take a part in the game, all you need is a bit of a desire to trip, good mood and willingness to act!
16. HOW TO CONVINCE COWORKERS TO TRY IT OUT AND HAVE SOME FUN?
